Shipping / Return Policy
Shipping Policy: Orders placed the same day before 3pm central standard time will be processed on the same day however processing could take up to 3 days. Once processing is confirmed, the order will ship out. The costs for shipping are calculated once the order is placed. We cannot refund shipping costs on products that are returned. Also, there is a restocking fee of 15% on all returned orders. For custom orders or pre-orders, a 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering. We cannot accept returns on custom orders, no exceptions.
Return Policy: We sell only 100% virgin hair. It has been thoroughly examined and selected to be the finest quality on the market. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on our hair. On the rarest occasion, there may be an issue in the texture or length ordered. If this occurs, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your hair. The hair must be unaltered and in good saleable condition to be replaced. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer per return.
