Shipping / Return Policy
Shipping Policy: Orders placed the same day before 3pm central standard time will be processed on the same day however processing could take up to 3 days. Once processing is confirmed, the order will ship out. The costs for shipping are calculated once the order is placed. We cannot refund shipping costs on products that are returned. We cannot accept returns on custom orders, no exceptions.
Return Policy: We sell only 100% virgin hair. It has been thoroughly examined and selected to be the finest quality on the market. We do not accept returns. However, we can do exchanges within 3 days of purchase or when product is delivered. Please contact us to arrange return or exchange. You must get approval for exchange and the hair must be unused and in its original packaging. The shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer per return. Exchanges are for equal value only.
